The Kaluga Fusion Gold Caviar is fresh, fruity, and tasteful. It is known for its nutty flavor and large, firm, juicy grains and has a versatile color ranging from light to a warm, rich brown. When the sturgeon are matured enough, the caviar captures the eggs at their absolute peak of size, flavor, color, and texture. We make sure we provide you with the best products.
We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.

Any order placed between Monday to Thursday before 11:00 A.M EST, will be delivered the next day. Whereas, orders placed on Fridays or the weekend, will be shipped the following Tuesday.
