For the better future …

The story of the company began when Sam Adamyan, the first grandson of the founder of Sam’s Caviar, was born in 2020. Sam’s grandfather started his family in Moscow, Russia with the deep rooted Armenian heritage that preceded the family for generations. In 2004, he and his family emigrated to the United States with hopes of better opportunity and a prosperous future. He has achieved success due to his hard work and dedication. Sam’s grandfather had a valiant desire for success that was continuously fueled by his family. The life has ups and downs… Emigrating to the United States he started his career as an ice cream truck driver in South-Central Inglewood, California. He continued his career as a chef in Los Angeles at a local business, which eventually advanced to owning his own restaurant. In 2020, he created Sam’s Caviar in honor of his first grandson, Samuel Adamyan.


Presently, Sam’s Caviar is a unique company who is importing caviar and seafood from famous aqua farms in the United States and all over the world by meeting all legal requirements.
