Shipping Method
Any order placed between Monday to Thursday before 11:00 A.M EST, will be delivered the next business day. Whereas, orders placed on Fridays or the weekend, will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Note: Ground shipping does not guarantee the date of delivery. Therefore, there are no refunds or claims possible for late arrivals.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Minimum order is $150 (USA)
- Orders between $150 and $450 are subject to a shipping charge of $39.99 (USA)
- Orders exceeding $450 will be eligible for FREE SHIPPING (USA)

Multi-Warehouse Shipping
Some products could be shipped from different warehouses. In this case, shipping rates will be calculated separately for every warehouse by standard rates. Full information about shipping costs will be available on the checkout page during the order process.

Shipping Limitations
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Foie Gras shipping limitations
Due to California’s law, Foie Gras cannot be shipped or sold in California. Foie Gras will be excluded from all orders with California's shipping addresses, the cost of these products will not be charged.
