Persian Osetra Farmed Caviar, Persicus Caviar
The Persian Osetra Farmed Caviar otherwise known as Persicus Caviar is premium caviar. The pearl of the Persian Osetra has a golden-brown color, nutty flavor and a luscious buttery feel that is different from the rare Persicus roe. They are made from environmental-friendly ways in Venice, Italy.
Although the Persicus Osetra has a natural flavor, a bit of salting helps improve the taste. The Osetra comes with a nice firm pearl with an intense brown-golden color and a lasting buttery mild taste. It is reared to preserve the wild sturgeon and avoid overfishing of the prehistoric fish.
We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
