White Sturgeon Caviar, Italy

White Sturgeons are original species farmed in ponds filled with fresh artesian waters. They are fed only with natural ingredients which allows to harvest caviar very similar to that famous Russian Osetra caviar. Generously sized beads have a light nutty taste both smooth and robust. The eggs vary from golden brown to dark color with glossy and shiny appearance.

We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
