Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is harvested from the offsprings of the original Siberian Osetra. The fingerlings are raised on one of the biggest aquafarms in the world in Italy. This caviar does not differ much from the caviar produced in Siberia. It is highly praised by the connoisseurs for its delicate buttery taste with just a hint of sea salt that emphasizes the pure taste. The medium-sized grains have a tender structure so that it melts in your mouth without any effort. Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is excellent both for its taste and affordable price.

We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
