Caspian Osetra Karat Caviar - Gold

The Karat Caviar is popularly known for its pure and rich “nutty” flavor. The beads are firm and they have sizes that range from medium to large and this is a result of the perfect conditions of osetras life.

This type of caviar is harvested from the fish farm in the best fishery in Israel. The Russian Osetra Karat Caviar fingerlings are gotten from the Caspian Sea and they completely match and even exceed their natural areal. The fish eggs have a golden color with a slight brown hue.
