The Russian Osetra Karat Caviar ‘Malossol’ Classic  Color is also known as Russian caviar malossol. It happens to be one of the best caviars in the world. Gotten from the Caspian Sea, the fingerlings are reared in one of the most popular and oldest Osetra fisheries in the world — the Karat, Israel. They exist in pure drinking water and have a nutty rich flavor. These caviar medium-sized beads range from golden olive to light brown color.
