The Kaluga Fusion Black Caviar happens to be one of the most delicious hybrid caviars. It was produced as a result of cross-breeding Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrencki sturgeons. They have large and glossy grains with different colors ranging from light gray to black. The flavor of Kaluga Fusion Black Caviar is more like a combination of creamy, buttery, nutty taste with that fabulous, famous burst of the sea.

We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
