Kosher Salmon Caviar, Ikura, has a strong sweet and honey-like flavor. These extra large and firm pearls range from translucent hues of gold and orange colors. Healthy choice, high in protein and nutrients, adds a nice flavor and texture to many dishes.
We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
