White Sturgeon Caviar comes from the Sturgeon species Acipenser Transmontanus. The medium to large sized beads range in hues from golden to dark brown. This caviar has a lightly nutty taste that is both smooth and robust, making its flavor resemble that of Osetra Caviar.

CITES certificate is needed for exporting these products.

We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
