Gotten from Kaluga Sturgeon (Huso dauricus) and Amur Sturgeon (Aciepenser schrenkii), the Osetra Amber Kaluga Caviar is a hybrid caviar. Its beads are firm and large and come with a mellow, rich buttery taste.
